Fraud Prevention Statement

Victory Securities has recently received client inquiries regarding fraudulent activities carried out by unauthorized individuals in the name of our company. We hereby issue the following statement:

I. Victory Securities is a licensed corporation (CE Number: ABN091) authorized by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and an active participant of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We are licensed for Type 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9 regulated activities (RA), and strictly complies with the with the Securities and Futures Ordinance to provide safe and reliable financial services to our clients.

II. Criminals exploit the reputation of Victory Securities and the trust of our clients to perpetrate fraudulent schemes designed to illegally obtain funds. Fraudulent activities take the following form:

•  Using the domain name of Victory Securities to impersonate our websites or mobile applications

•  Contacting clients by phone in the name of our employee

•  Inviting clients under the guise of our employee to join group chats where they recommend stocks, solicit funds, or engage in discretionary trading

•  Claiming to invite clients to open accounts and make deposits with Victory Securities, and requesting clients to transfer money to a third-party account

• Claiming a partnership with Victory Securities and suggesting that depositing funds into specified cooperating institutions can earn interest

III. We formally state that Victory Securities’ authorized numbers for outbound calls include: +86-147 1501 7408, +852-2525 2437, or via WhatsApp at +852 5498 9438. Victory Securities does not contact clients through other phone numbers, nor do we provide investment advice through messaging platforms such as WeChat, Telegram, or similar applications.
